Did you actually take it completely apart and wipe everything clean?
If so - there's a good chance the keyboard is permafried. |

Go to Walmart and pick up a Logitech duo set. You can get one with a cordless mouse for like $30 I think.
I spilled most of a can of pop in this keyboard (Logitech wireless, part of the elite duo) and I took it apart, put it in the dishwasher, let it dry, and put it back together. Obviously, it works.

That or get in there with warm water to windex and open it up like brandon184 said.
I've killed a keyboard from doing this as it was a sensitive keyboard, however i've done this to other cheap ones and it lived, go figure. However I sent it back in on warranty considering i payed 70 dollars for it.
Right now I own an MS natural multimedia keyboard. It has lots of buttons, got it for $18 oem.
I had to buy a 50 cent 40pin ide cable to go with it, what a waste
However that wal-mart one does sound great for the price. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...%3A3951%3A4442
It's looks to be a great deal even tho i've seen better mouse's and especially if you don't like the few hundred extra buttons :P

Hey Gait, I got this one sitting in a closet. Looks like might be just what you need, lol.
Actually, just thought I would use this post to try an attachement. LMK if you are interested in the keyboard.

I'm going soon myself. Ol ball and chain snoring like a freight train.
Anyway, Logitec wireless is the way to go. I bought a wireless trackball with a lifetime warranty a while back. Thought I would screw 'em on that one.
Oh, contrare!! It has outlasted three comps! I handed it down (twice). It has had about half a milliion clicks on it, still running strong.
Treated myself to a Logitech MX cordless duo a while back, HOLY HOTKEYS, Batman! It's the nuts!

Before you toss it---douche it real well with warm soapy water (sink it in the sink) rinse well and allow it to sit in the sun a couple days shaking it a few times during the "drying process"...
