internet explorer problem

whenever i open a new page it pops up minimized so i have to maximize it and it is becoming a pain
in the butt. anyone know how to fix it so it comes up maximized

one quick way is to maximize it....close it...then try to open it and see what happens....or you can try to right click the shortcut (in the quick launch bar)and click properties and by "run" put it on "maximized"

other than that I have seen fixes posted but I dont remember what they were offhand.

Try This Maximize your window then hold down the shift key and close the window then reopen IE again.

Grrr...now this is happening to me!

I haven't installed anything new, just hit a link one day and it's opening in what appears to be a 1"x1" box...tried the little "maximize, hold shift while closing" trick, but it's not working.
Ran Adaware, Spybot, AVG Antivirus Pro...turned up nothing. I'm running out of options here!

Anyone? Anyone?
