New MB causing ocasional noise on computer speakers

As some of you know I upgraded my computer from a Gigabyte MB with an amd 1300 to an ASUS MB with a amd 2500. Now once in a while I get bad noises coming from my computer speakers. Like an RF signal. Any body else have this problem? I there an easy solution to resolve this problem.

New MB ASUS a7n8x-x
Speakers Altec Lansing Multimedia (yes power cord is grounded type)

Do you live in an apartment? The guy next door to me has a cell phone that drives my speakers crazy anytime he gets a call and is directly in the adjacent room.

My cell phone I expect as it allways did even with old MB. This happens when loading game where cd is required.
