wondering if anybody else has this card http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...116-604&depa=1 and is having problems with the video quality, and the static bar at the top?? ive tried installing the newest drivers, and tried to tweak the video settings but nothing.

i had the same exact problem! it worked fine in win98se but when i "upgraded" to winxp is got all ugly and fuzzy. i called them and they dont know what im talkign about. so i threw out the card and bought a TV. sorry i couldnt be of more help
