What to choose

Hey it's me again!I decided to change my old card for a new/better one.The main choices are:

1.Ati radeon 9600pro Ultimate (128 mb DDR)
2.Ati radeon 9600XT (256mb DDR)
3.Some nVidia card?

Have in mind that the 9600XT is cheaper than the 9600pro?How is that possible?

just make sure if you get the 9600xt that it's one that comes with a voucher for hl2.
