Real Player & Flash Plugin's for Linux ?

how do i get the real player "one" downloaded and installed for linux ... i tried going to their webpage and it states that linux is supported but when i click download it gives me the "windows exe" version....

I also need to find a plugin' for Flash and Java support for the Netscape 7.1 i just installed for linux..... its pretty cool, it even has AIM

Realplayer filetypes can be handled by mplayer, just get the realmedia codec packs for it. (RPMs are there for everything, you just have to sift through their site a bit).

Then use mplayer plugin to interface with Mozilla, Netscape, or Konqueror.

The Flash 6 plugin is availible right here.
