Quick -- Is ABIT NF7-S an OK replacement for OOS RMA'd Epox 8RDA+?

Hello. I had a pair of EP-8RDA+ go bad on me, and I RMAd them at Newegg. Apparently they're OOS/discontinued. I have options I need to do today:

1. Refund of $85 each (credited toward another purchase, since I obviously need MBs)
2. Can replace with ABIT NF7-S, currently going for $102 on their website.

Is the NF7-S a good replacement? Specs look like it'll work with my current systems. Is it worth upgrading to a different chipset at this point? I mean, I'm getting a break anyway on the price. Thanks for the suggestions.

Yeah, I'd definitely reinstall Windows too. I was planning to do that on one of them anyway, so might as well start fresh.

I have the NF7-S and they're awesome motherboards to say the least. They overclock like a champ and they haven't let me down. They also include a PATA to SATA converter if you want to use the SATA. It's a fantastic board, so I'd say yes, it's ok to replace the Epox board.

I would take the NF7-S flat out anyhow, more features and 400mhz FSB support.
