I think neweegg has 30 day limitations... but they might extend it if u called them and explained the situatiion. I've found that calling newegg for RMA's works better. On the phone they tend to waive the restocking fee if theres a problem with the product, whereas online its generally 15% automatically.
I seem to remember someone having similar problems with these speakers and it ended up being a sound card issue, but I dont have a link to back it up =(
They're probably under warranty with logitech arent they? Perhaps you should try calling them rather than newegg
