My brother's Geforce4 TI4200's fan died, and I replaced it with a Thermal Take Crystal Orb, working well since it has been installed, cooled pretty good.

Thermaltake also has the Geforce4 heatsink, that looks like the stock fan created by Nvidia. Except the TT unit is made out of copper, and there is one model with a blue LED.

The Vantec Iceberg is also a nice one, made out of copper, and Vantec isn't too bad of a company either.

I am currently using a ThermalTake GiantII unit on my BBA Radeon 9600 Pro. I can't complain about it, it's definitely a great cooler, but I don't know where you're reading those reviews from. I think it would be a little over kill on your video card , unless of course you are overclocking it like I did with mine. If you're interested, check out my article about it, it highlights about it, and how much I overclocked my video card. Don't forget to put in those rubber washers if you are going to buy it! Otherwise, it creates a short circuit and you get artifacts galore, thankfully, it didn't kill my video card.
