Website design opinions needed
A new year brings a new design for my website. This is what I banged out today. I would love any comments, suggestions, or all out insults you might have

New design demo: http://www.wors.org/2004demo/include/

Please note all links do not exist, this is simply a layout demo. I'm relying heavily on CSS this time around and the finished product will be PHP driven.
