Help in Identifying a MotherBoard

As you will probably find out I know nothing about MotherBoards. Well I have one and I dont know anything about it...

I will describe it as best as I can and will post pics as soon as I get them.

Well It's compatible with AMD Chips, It is relatively old (1 year) 2 USB built in, PS/2

Ok ok the Parts are all FoxConn
the Little Socket thing to hold the chip in place has 'Socket T46s' written on it. I dont know if any of this is relevant.
ON the Chip itself there are 14 little rectangle things with a big rectangle which has the heat reducer gel on it.

Plz Help!!!

Look for any stencil markings w/ mfr or model #.

There are two chipsets, North bridge and South bridge. The North is closest to the CPU socket. If it has a HSF, remove it and look for any markings on the chip.

Did it come out of a branded PC? If so, what was it's model #?

What kind of server?

For like a file server or something like that, it would probably work fine. That's not a high-end board by any means.

It'd be nice if it were this one or this one instead. It takes Athlon XP's and has a higher FSB.

I got dibs if you wanna part w/ it.

EDIT - Fixed the link(s)

The first one or the second one?

A T1? Wow!

You could run a decent server off of broadband, w/o those dial-up freaks With the max CPU and a good deal of RAM, you can probably run some older generation games, Q3, MOHAA, RTCW, stuff like that. I would think w/ the popularity of the newer games and the like, you might tax the system too much on that hardware.

I used to run MOHAA on a dual PIII/933 w/ 512MB and Matrox G450 DualHead. I had about 5 dudes on w/ Cable/DSL connections and it worked pretty good. I have DSL as well.

I don't think you're speed is a bottleneck, but the hardware I would say is.

I wondered myself when I clicked on it.

The Titans are playing so I'm a little preoccupied. Colts are down to the Texans as well.
