Anyways I have this on my CPanel and I know how it works. Just the thing is that its always behind with available installs. Like the PHPNuke is 6.8 and 7.0 just fully came out. Do you all know how I can get this fixed? I need to get 6.9 on my site.

you could go read in Cpanels forums and see you can "roll your own". I suspect the reason is to let them package it and make sure that it won't break anyhing else or have any dependencies.
