printing from web question

when ever i print from the web, namely recipts, i loose about 1 inch one the right side of the print. it did it on my old lexmark x73 printer my fathers HP and my new canon i950. it prints everything else fine. but when printing from the web i miss the right side. i know it is something simple but i dont know what it is. even when i slect "preview befor print" , the preview is missing the right side as well. i have asked other friends and they too have this problem so i come to the experts at techimo

what version of ie/ netscape are ya running ? have you tried updating either? could try this as well albiet kind or a cluster(%*(*^. file-save as-html and save it to a temp directory somewhere. goto it and see if you can print it correctly once its stored on your system.

hey you got brodband... its all that matters... :P you may wanna try updating you printer drivers as well as seeing if there are any updates of IE and or AOL that you can get. install those and see what happens.like i said in my above post. if worst comes to worst try saving the files and printing from an offline saved page.

In your printer Defaults, you may have a setting for "Fit to Page". Set it up using the Printers icon in the Control Panel and it will stick.

Cheers!

even still, sometimes images will cause the fit to page to not completly work. If its important and I run into this problem I just switch it to landscape for printing.
