You should always have burner as MASTER drive on secondary channel. Most dont like to be slaved at all. And some even burn/rip better in PIO mode 4 then UDMA which in itself causes some issues with DAO and raw mode extractions. ASPI is junk for IDE drives. THink my next burner will be a SCSI.
