Well I have used some sound editing software like Cool Edit Pro and Sonic Foundry Sound Forge.
I use Sound Forge all of the time and I like it a lot. Use it to record stuff and edit it later. It includes effects and it is very easy to use.
I managed to get a copy of Sonic Foundry Sound Forge 6 and it seems pretty easy to use so far, despite the complex looking interface. Great recommendation!
Yeah. It looks pretty difficult (and it is actually difficult if you don't know what the heck you are doing ) but as you can see you can edit files easily, save to different formats and apply some cool effects so .. glad you liked it.!
