Max Payne 2 help me get through PartIII Chapter 8

I need help getting through PartIII Chapter 8. Vladimir is standing atop a dome tossing dynamite and blowing up the floor around the dome. I am left running around in circles avoiding the dynamite and can't shoot Vladimir as he is protected by steel walls around him. I have no grenades or Molotov cocktails to throw and can't seem to find a safe area to leap down to below. Has anyone gotten through this are yet and how? Thanks.

Nevermind. I found that there were 4 wooden rods holding his position in place and had to be shot out. After that fell there were 4 more wooden rods holding a metal beam in place that had to be shot out. From there I had just had to shoot Vladimir a few times whild avoiding gaping holes in the floor, and dodging all of Vladimir's bullets, dynamite bombs, and Molotov cocktails. That ends the game after killing him.

I just kept playing it through and was determined to beat it. Thanks for the link though.

I spend like 20 minutes trying to find what the heck did I had to shoot! But after I while I found it.!

It's a great game. Haven't gone back to play it again but I plan to.

I shot one on accident while blind firing in frustration which let me get to Vlad. I was expecting more story still and didnt expect it to end there. The part that had me stuck for a day was the part with the "safe room". I was killing all enemies and couldn't figure it out for the life of me until one got passed me and jumped in there to shut the blast doors. I got the game as a gift and probably would not have paid $50 for it. I also played the first Max Payne which I thought had a better story line
