Is this a good deal?

I saw this at the Fry's ad and I'm currently looking for a good mobo/cpu for a new server.

AMD Athlon XP 2600+ Processor and Shuttle Motherboard-
-Boxed CPU with Fan & 3 year warranty.
-Shuttle AN35N Ultra 400 Motherboard featuring
-nVidia nForce2 Chipset with 6 channel audio
-USB 2.0; 10/100 LAN

This looks like a good deal. Alone the proc is about 100 and the mobo is 70.

I get all this for $140. Do you think I should take? I was waiting for a 2500+ combo deal, but this is one of the few that don't have an ECS mobo. I'm also going to use this a media center/linux box.

Shuttle makes decent motherboards. IMO, they are just as good as Asus in my expierience. go ahead!
