Anime Layout and Splash Needed

Hello-

I really need help by someone that knows how to make a sweet looking layout and splash page for my anime web site. I would like the layout and splash page to be HTML format and to have flash items on it. It be cool if the whole splash page was a Flash intro. Well if you are intrested please please tell me. Of course it will be for free. Thank you

LOL. That's a good one. Well I'm not a huge fan of Anime nor do I know much about Flash. But I'll bump the thread for ya.

Realistically speaking though, not many people are going to make a website for you for free. BTW your site doesn't work.

I know my site is down right now and maybe just a splash page could be made with ads on it for the creator.
