Overclocking a P4 (or any chip, since the Pentium 2) would require you to raise the FSB of the processor since, as Neo already pointed out, the multiplier is locked. If your motherboard has an adjustment for Front Side Bus or CPU host clock, then that would be what you would have to change in order to affect the CPU frequency (FYI, CPU frequency is calculated by Multiplier X FSB speed). SOOO...
Check under Advanced Chipset, or a similiar heading in the motherboard BIOS in order to see if you have any FSB adjustements available. If you do, then fiddle with it. But, if you don't already know how to overclock, first thing is to read and completely understand the manual for your motherboard. If there isn't an adjustment for the front side bus in the BIOS, then you are out of luck.
