DVD XCOPY Platinum question

Is anyone using this software? How well does it work? Any problems?

It recieved a good review in Maximum Pc but In my research I found it on www.amazon.com with almost all the comments being bad.

Most comments were about problems with the software, and that the support wasnt up to snuff.

Does anyone have any idea why that is, or even if the software is any good?

I have been using DVDXCopy Platinum 3.2.0 for the last couple of weeks. I haven't really had any problems with it backing up my DVDs. I did notice that some cheaper DVD players would ocasionally skip on some parts of the movies I was trying to play back. I think that has something to do with the amount of compression. But overall I like it (it's alot simpler than using like 6 diff tools to copy one DVD.)
