Is it just me or...

Ive noticed a lot of people using water cooling and stuff so they can overclock their computer..but wouldnt it be more cost effective to upgrade the computer half the time?

Does it make you "cool" to have a water cooled case, or is it really that effective.

also..how much does a good water cooling system cost?

overclocking is just a hobby people enjoy. why tune up your car if you can buy better parts?

Watercooling is much more quiet, yet todays aircoolers work pretty well and are also quiet compared to when watercooling was more common, seems to have fallen off in use---

yeah i admit its fun, it was more to see what everybody else said

as far as noise go, i sleep to the hum of my computer's fans..probobly no longer could sleep without the noise
