Systems Intel Motherboard wont boot.

Hi all! Here's ny problem,

I recently purchased 128mb of DDR RAM from PNY, an Intel Desktop Board (D845PESV) and an Intel Pentium 4 Processor (2.80Ghz). I attached them all together without the hdd, cd drive or floppy. I put my ATI Radeon 2600SE AGP video card into its slot and then attached everything to my power box 'thingy' and plugged it in.

I turned it on and the fans started up but the monitor gave me the 'no signal' text. There were no beeps (even though the speakers were plugged in and powered). I tried resetting the 'other thingy' by taking the battery out for 2 mins but still nothing.

I really, really don't want to have to replace anything or take it back so any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

-Alex-

Do I understand you right, you did Not connect the HD or floppy drive or is that part of (everything attached to your 'thingy'?
What OS are you using?

Food

You might have better luck if you connect the HD and Floppy drive.
