ClubMed is on a distinguished road

I am trying to open a zipped file, the file extension seems to be 'tar.gz' and I can't seem to be able to open it with Winzip?

I never used Winzip with a .tar, how does that work? I always immediately use WinRAR. (Good program BTW).
