Lost. Beemer's Windows Tips

I just made a big Boo-Boo.
I uploaded and replaced the wrong page on my host. Not a backup in site. Ouch!

Aas anyone accessed my Tips site lately and would happen to still have the tips.htm page in their Temporary Internet Files folder?

Strange request I know.

I remember going there and just before that I set my Temp Internet Files to 500mb of space. Sorry.

EDIT: Hmm...NM, thought that was my temp folder, ended up being my favorites folder (the http://www.beemerworld.com/tips/ link)...sorry.

I was sweating for a while there. Thanks for the replies. I was able to reconstruct the page out of old working pages.

I had even replaced some of the graphics as Front Page saved all the graphics to the HDD into the wrong folder and some of the graphics had the same name. Then I sent them to my host not knowing what I was actually doing. What a temporary mess.

All fixed now. Just had to recreate some graphics.

Just a slip of the ol' finger was all it took though.
