Dont mean to spam here, however, I thought it was rather entertaining, and so did the customer. We laughed for a bit there...then continued on .. needless to say, I did get the customer up and running!
I was informing a customer to type in the registration site address. A secured site. Started giving him the alphas....

then I said in a very casual non-shallant manner...mainly cause I didnt even realize what it sounded like til after the fact....
