linksys wireless print server problems

New to the forum--have searched for information on this problem but cannot find it. Running a 2 PC wireless network (Windows XP)through a Netgear 802.11g wireless router and a Linksys WPS54GU2 Wireless-G printserver (USB 2.0) connected to a Brother MFC-8820D laser printer (multifunction). Have installed the printer on both PCs and they can print to it fine--but only a single print job. After that, further print jobs do not go through, and in fact, I cannot print again until I unplug the print server and reset it. Then I can do the same again--print one job and that is it!

In playing with it a little it seems that the print server (or printer) is not getting an end of job command, so that even though the job has finished printing the server/printer thinks it is still going. I say this for 2 reasons. One, even after it has successfully printed, if one looks under the control panel it still lists one document as printing. Secondly, if I set it to print 2 copies of a document it only prints the first and not the second.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
