Best Wireless 'G' Router

I've been looking to go wireless and have been waiting for the 'G' wireless products to drop in price.
Dell has the Netgear Model # WGR614 802.11g / 54 Mbps Wireless Router/Access Point for $47.95 US after a $20.00 MIR.
The reviews look pretty good on it but I was wondering if anybody here is using and might be able to throw in some cons or pro's on the unit.

Also can this be set-up so that it is secure, neighbors are not 'borrowing' my broadband.

but i can answer your second question yes you can set up the router so people cant use your bandwidth
