optical out stand alone card?

i was wondering if anybody made just an optical pass through card for the pc, ive got a good stand alone reciever and dont want to pay for decoding that i wont even use.

also, my mobo has an rca sdif output, and my reciever has an optical in, is there any type of cable that will work?

exactly what motherboard do you have? Maybe the manufacturer even makes one.
