I am visiting my relatives in Colorado and i am working on my Uncles computer. Both of those files are in the process under Task Manager and each is taking up to 50% of the CPU. Doing a search in the registry has them listed under the search assistant. I have tried some seaches through microsoft knowledge base without much luck.
The computer is a Compaq running windows XP home. The computer needs alot of updates and SP1. But i need to get those two files out of the process first. I have already cleaned of the Blaster worm and i dont know what else is wrong with this thing.
No, there is not AV on this computer. I am going to recommend that my uncle get one ASAP. I have downloaded the tool from symantec to remove Klez, i will let you know if that solves my problems.
