Banned user using anothers account!

We have a problem guys. It has come to my attention that an ex-member (Radeon7000) has been using another persons account to enter techimo, AFTER he was banned for some reason. Is this permitted, and if not, how should I go about this matter. His current name is (putermaster). If anyone can help please do so. This guy has been harassing me about a trade that was made over 2 weeks ago. I had to resend his tracking # for the package I sent him. USPS says it arrived on the 19th of dec, and he is denying it. I told him since it wasnt insured, I cannot help anymore than sharing the tracking number with him. I dont know what else to do.

What should I do?

Report this to a mod by PM. Banned members re-entering TIMO is serious.

You could also report it by clicking on the Report this post to a moderator at the bottom of your post. It is serious enough to warrant it, IMO.

Radeon7000 was banned for breaking the rules and he kept ignoring all surreal's warnings.
He sneaked back ..
I've checked the IPs for both of Radeon7000 and putermaster, they are the same ....

putermaster is banned now, as well.

Whenever a banned member try to sneak back please inform any moderator around.
