Yes, the one that comes with 2k/xp is based on Diskeeper. Minus the schuduler and some other features.

The scheduler is worth it to me. Not sure how much is gained by the PF defrag.

i like diskeeper's smart schedule thing it does a great job of keeping the partitions on my 120gb drive defraged except for my programs partition for some reason, though i dont think diskeeper is the problem there. it takes 10 times as long to defrag as the others (even with no fragmented files).
