Can you get XP sp1 on cd?

Is there anyway to get the XP sp1 on cd. I am sick of having to download it for everyone as it takes to long on dial up.

You can download the Service pack files from MS, and update them when ever you wish without downloaind the file over and over again.
You can also slipstream the SP1 into your instalation and make an image and use that to install XP when ever you need to.

Or, download the network install and burn it.

Looks like I cant get the cd in Australia, US and Canada only apparently. Might have to go with option 2, download the network install and burn it.

Thanks for the help.

Can't one copy their OS with all updates included from the hard dive onto a CDR?

Try here for info on how to do it.

no installing from a cd unpacks a bunch of stuff and configures the os of that computer...it could feesably be done but it would be a real headache

Incorrect. That is what the network install is for. Think about places with 1000+ computers, you think they go do Windows Update on each one?
