Links Help!

I am unable to click on links within all web sites including e-mail.

I had no problems until last week. My other pc and laptop are fine.

I am using Internet Explorer and Windows Xp Professiona.

I would appreciate any help!

Thanks,

Bob

What changed from last weeK? Any new programs or updates installed? Have you checked for any spyware or viruses?

I have Norton Virus Professional installed.

How can I check for any spyware programs?

Thanks,

Download and install these two free proggies:

Spybot

Ad-Aware

I use them both to double check what the other may have missed.

Has anything been changed in your internet settings? Check your internet properties and look in the Security tab. make sure that your Internet zone and Loacl Intranet zone are set at medium.

One more thing you can try is doing a repair on your internet connection. Just right click it's icon in the task tray and select Repair.

Atomic,

2 questions!

I ran spybot and found many severe to medium files and removed them.

I still cannot access links though

Also, I do not see Internet connection in task bar. I see it on my laptop but not on my desktop

Thanks,

Bob
