zone alarm pro help

Hi guys. Just installed zone alarm pro 3.7 at work and after installing it and such, i can't login to my AOL account. It gives me the message "Please enable cookies." I changed it to enable all cookies in the IE advanced security options and it still won't let me login to AOL with IE. What's the problem?

login to aol with ie i dont think you can do that but as for just using the 3rd party aol program you may need to open a port on your firewall not sure what aol uses and i dont intend to find out thats the kind of headaches you get from theis peice of junk

Which one is asking you to enable cookies ZA or AOL?

check your Cookie Control settings under ZA...esp the part under "3rd Party Cookies".

Ok i turned cookie control off and it still doesn't work. The option detail even says "Cookie control is disabled. Allow all cookies."

Not sure I understand this part;
Are trying to logon to AOL Anywhere?

EDIT:
I'm asking because I've never seen ZA ask me to enable cookies, it just denies them.

I have seen websites(like AOL) that ask for cookies to be enabled, or they(the websites) just don't load.

Yep, trying to login to AOL anywhere. Here's a screenshot of the ZA cookie part.

This is v3.7 correct? I'm using v4.55, and that window in your .jpg is popping up.

Try this;
Program Control>Programs>

Make sure that AOL has 2(two) green checkmarks under 'access' for both 'trusted' and 'internet', under 'server' you should have 2(two) blue questionmarks.

PS My cookies are set to med. and I can access AOL anywhere just fine for AIM, I cannot however ckeck my mail, as I use AOL as a ISP.
