ntfs works at its best. provides more security than the fat32. all u have to do is format ur prefered partition and choose 'ntfs'.
like my pc, have only 4 partition, dual hdd. I format my D: to NTFS at Windows explorer.
after the format, you can maximise your security, by blocking 'guest' access into your selected file. to do that, you have to right-click on a folder and go to properties. go to 'security' tab and set it all up. Im in the lab right now, i cant check it out on my pc (at home) for further procedure. Follow the instructions, and make your way to it. Go for help, type in NTFS on search bar.
After you have put on security on certain folder of ur choosing, guest could not access, delete, move nor format ur computer

The reason why i format to ntfs is to just keep my stuff private from my sister. You know, boys stuff in common
however, an admin can make wide changes and no 'guest' can uninstall or change all sorts of system setting on ur computer. yet, through my knowledge, into some areas ntfs isnt always good.
