HELP: questions about installing GF4 PCI MX420

Okay, need some help. i have an age-old HP Pavilion XE 783, it has a ASUS CUW-AM mobo(integrated intel chip set 810, 4Mb DVR video) with a 700mhz Celeron, upgraded to 256 MB PC100 RAM and windows 2K Pro, DX9. I've recently bought a (PNY)Verto GeForce4 MX 420 64MB SDRAM PIC video card(mobo has no AGP slots).

1) Is this thing gonna be compatible with my piece of crap system?

2) Where would I find ALL the correct drivers/etc after installation.

3) How EXACTLY would I go about installing it? I know I need to disable the integrated graphics, then get rid of the drivers completely, then intsall the card, then go into the BIOS and get ir running. I need step-by-step's if possible. I know my way around the inside of a PC, BUT i've never had experience with installing video cards/BIOS/etc.
