Try to find a board revision number (like "V7.1A" somewhere), typically next to the keyboard connector. That'll give us a further clue.
The "E" version might be a later one sporting the SiS 630E chipset rather than the 630 from the original 755.

From the BIOS release history for this board at www.pcchips.com.tw, I'd say the most recent BIOSes support all three revisions - 630, 630E, 630ET. There is also a mention of the "E" suffix in the BIOS tag of this particular board revision. Apparently this was taken back off later.
I'd pick the one I need from the four versions available (board rev. 5 or 7, w/ or w/o onboard LAN), and go ahead. Then again, I have a FlashROM programming machine near me in case I screw up

Now find out if the board is LAN equipped or not, and then pick your BIOS and go ahead. This is the latest revision of the board ever made, very very likely to run with the latest BIOS ever released.
You absolutely should save the old BIOS to disk first, rename the file to AMIBOOT.ROM, and put it on an otherwise blank floppy disk. This is for later recovery should things go wrong with the update.
