Z-680 Problems

Hey I just got my new z-680's today. I hooked everything up and I have a vibration in my subwoofer. Anybody know how to cure that? Also my remote doesn't work. I have tried 3 sets of new batteries and sometimes it works for a sec and then the rest of the time it doesn't. Help plz ty

Please clarify 'vibration'. If its from the sub being too loud you can turn the sub's volume down via the pod. Also what media player are you using? Most have controls that turn down bass frequencies; your's maybe set too high.

I've never tried my remote, so their I can't help you. But it maybe a reception problem. I don't know if the receptor for the remotes signals is in the pod or the amplifier?

Got the remote working. I have it set up on my PS2. I have the sub up all the way and have the volume up about 3 notches and I can hear a buzzing noise from the back of the sub

Common problem. You need to return/exchange them.

So I need to pack them all back up and send them back? Does it matter that the packaging is all ripped etc? BTW my friend dropped one of the satalite speakers and busted 1 of the things that go into the front of the speaker... If I send it back will they just send me a new sub or would they replace the whole thing?? What will that little broken piece do?
