Kids programming a windows app for use on linux possible?

hey guys, is there any possible way to make a simple 2.5mb .exe program for windows be rewritten or...... configured to work in linux environment?

details about the program >>

2.5mb in size

2 dll's are linked to a windows folder and the rest of the dLL's are included in the folder where the program is located.

program is designed to mix music from two sources (2 mp3 tracks) or (wav's) and is able to record it (live) to hard drive... pitchbend and simple equalizer (low, mid, high)

doesn't sound like a terribly complex application but...... i dont know a single thing about programming so who am i to judge.

>>> so is this possible, for me to run or get this program rewritten for use with linux.

** i tried with WINE but it required 2 dll's linked to a windows folder, and there are hundreds of dlls in there, coudln't find them.

You could try WINEX from www.transgaming.com

What I suggest you do however is look for a Linux alternative to the windows software you are using. You can probably find similar software. Search google, also search sourceforge (www.sourceforge.net) I am sure you can find something. If you can't let me know
