Theory of 2 Drives

I have 2 hard drives 1 40 gig the other 80 gig. I've been using the 80 gig as my audio drive. the 40 gig as my system drive. that leaves me wondering where I should put my loops and samples.
Up until now, I've been using my loop/sample CD's which is getting tiresome. Should I partition the 40 gig? 15 / 25 or 10 /30 ?
Or should the loops and samples go on the Audio drive.
Also, I want to put Virtual Guitarist on my drive as well. Should that go into VST Plugin Folder ? VG is about 1.5 gig....

Thanks

Er.. Why can't you make a folder for them?
There's absolutely no reason to partition a drive.

It doesn't make any difference to which you put them.
