need for speed LAN!!!
a patch has been made to allow LAN on NFSU!
i found this in EA's message board
http://3priedez.net/nfsu/

you will want to download the server and client. whichever computer is gonna be server must start server and let it run in background. then all computers going to play must start client and type in the IP of the server. then click the button and leave that running in the background. then start the game as usual and go to online multiplayer. YOU MUST "Create new EA account". NOTE: this does not create an actual account, it just has to be done so that the server "verifies" it, necessary because of EA......
then give yourself a name... go into ranked games. NOTE: ranked games on LAN do not affect your ranking...
