nf7-s or 256 mb more ram?

ok hear is what im having trouble with deciding. i have decieded to upgrade my current system but i have just enough money to get a barton 2500+, Abit nf7, and 512 mb pc 3200 ram OR 2500+, NF7-S and 256 mb ram. now shoud i got with the nf7 and 512 mb ram or is the NF7-S worth the loss of 256 mb ram? what features and other better stuff are in the Nf7-S that are not in the nf7? or is it worth losing the extra features of the NF7-S fro 512 mb of ram? please help me out.

is that all? is there any difference between the 2 in terms of preformance?

Never seen the NF7 tested.
The only other dif on the spec page is the NF7 has a Nforce2 SPP MCP chipset and the S has a Nforce2 SPP MCP-T chipset
(probably the serial ATA).
They both have 400 FSB, but the S needs rev.2 to have 400FSB

The sound is better on the nf7-s also even tho both are 6 channel, if your into gaming you would want 512mb for sure.
However if you don't want to compromise features and quality, then I would just go for the nf7-s and get a stick of 256mb next time you get a little more money and run dual channel mode.
