Dolby surround sound on Linux?

Well dudes I new speakers ..... a Z640 from logitech that are 5.1 surround sound and I have a Nforce2 mobo that its capable of playing this speaker, im wondering if I can get the dolby working on linux, the previous setup i had was 4 speakers and only two speakers worked on linux, anyone had got this working... Xine its a lot bettr to play DVD's than any windows player i know.... I saw Matrix reloaded last month on windows and it stuttered a lot, got xine working and damn it was nice and fast . One more point to Linux..

here is some info on the SB live and doby surround - have a looky for alsa drivers for nforce sound, they sould supprt it.
