OUTLOOK EXPRESS PROBLEM

I need to receive in Outlook Express the mail coming from my three websites. The three websites mail has been redirected in cpanel6 so that webmail (Horde) may send them directly to my Outlook. But It doesn't work.

I'm not sure how to configure cpanel6 and specially Outlook Express. Could anyone PLEASE explain these two configurations to a 6 year old boy?

You shouldnt have to do anything to Cpanel, just setup aliases. They will all go to the one mailbox. Just have Outlook check that box.

But that probably is my difficulty: how do I do that in Outlook Express, bearing in mind that I have more than one? If I simply put mail.bicymedios.com, it doesn't work.
