hyperterminal gaming

Is there any way that I can play a game over hyperterminal, like we were playing over the internet? But instead with the direct connection. Also, is there a way we can like "fake" a LAN with Hyperterminal? It's been bugging me a while, so I came here. thnx

its over a phoneline, and hyperterminal is a program used for "communications" between two computers. I like to use it for modem-modem chats. hope that helps.

if you are using a standard phone line dial-up to the Internet then many games support that connection. As for dialing directly to the other computer I'm not sure what protocols are supported. If you at least had Win98se you could setup to accept a dial up connection that uses TCP/IP then most TCP/IP games would work over that connection.
