Need Help Regarding My ASUS A7N8X And My AMD Barton 3000+

Hello Everyone,

I recently got my new system up and running, and I have configured my BIOS to run at the frequency at 166. However, my CPU speed is only 2.16ghz.

Is that normal? Should my 3000+ processor be only reaching the speed of 2.17ghz? Is overclocking needed now?
