Why does my car stereo suddenly not like CDRs?

My Sony Xpload head unit always played normal CD's and CDRs fine but recnetly it doesn't like to read CDR's. Sometimes it plays them sometimes it rejects them. Even with no scraches on them. It's hit or miss but usually miss. But it sitll plays normal CD's fine. Any ideas?

did you switch brands by any chance? or did anything else change such as recording speed?

Maybe it needs a little cleaning?

could be anything really I had some that did that too and I just reburned them on a different brand works fine now.

Same Brand. CDR's. Maybe try burning it slower? Get one of those CD lens cleaners?

Is the sony still under warranty maybe the could take a look at it
