The only free tool that I've found through a Google Search is
HiJack This (direct download link,
here's their site).
Other pay programs that will clean it up can be found at
Online PC Fix and
Pest Patrol will also remove it.
If you're brave and adventurous (and don't mind possibly crashing your system
), you can
go here and follow the manual removal instructions.
Back up your registry before doing this!!!!
