Dell 2400 Celeron MB upgrade to P4?

Here's what I've got:

Dell Dimension 2400 Celeron 2.2 w/XP (in the box from Dell)
128MB DDR
40GB HD
all that factory stuff

Will the motherboard accept a drop in P4 CPU? I have this system for sale, and a friend just asked me to get him a decent desktop. I'd like to make it a P4, not a celly, and kill two birds with one carefully placed necco wafer.

Anyone got the info? Thanks!

I'm almost positive thst board will take a P4. It may even be capable of switching automatically from a 400 MHz to a 533 MHz FSB, so if you go for a 533 CPU, you'll do even better.

The best place to find out is on Dell|Talk in the Dimension hardware upgrades forum..
