Any free DVD player software out there?

PowerdvdXp gives me nothing but errors, even after a complete re-install of the program. Is there any software I can download to watch dvd's with. The whole movie that is, not just the demo of 5 or so minutes.

With windows media player 9 you need a codec installed like the one from powerdvd, it will also be available for windows media player 9.
Also have you tried updating power dvd xp?

Just rent any DVD from Blockbuster or some other video store. When you pop it into your computer, you'll be prompted to install a free player.
